To schedule an appointment:

  • Call Advice/Appointments at (614) 292-4321
  • Stop by Advice/Appointments and speak with an Appointment Associate
  • Online via My BuckMD Connection **Online scheduling currently limited to Allergy Injections, Annual GYN Exams, Comprehensive Eye Exams, Teeth Cleaning (Dental Hygiene), and Travel Consultations.
    • Prior to using My BuckMD Connection you must:
      • Complete a My BuckMD Connection Informed Consent Form.
      • Present the completed form and a photo ID to the Health Information Services department on the ground floor of the Wilce Student Health Center.

All Student Health Services (SHS) visits with a provider are by appointment only.  Appointments are scheduled on the basis of availability and students' preference.  Due to privacy concerns, students are asked to schedule their own appointments using one of the options above. 

All currently enrolled students are eligible to use SHS.  SHS is out of network for most non-university plans.  Students are responsible for their deductibles, according to their individual insurance plans.

In general, each appointment takes roughly an hour to complete.  It is important to arrive on time.  If this is your first appointment with an SHS provider, you will be asked to complete a Medical History Form**.  Feel free to download the form and bring it with you to your appointment.

**If you have signed up for My BuckMD Connection you can complete your Medical History Form online.
